The groups take place on a monthly basis, on a set day and time, and last for one hour. There is a choice of days and times. Some members have been members for a while, are very welcoming to new members and are able to provide peer support, as they have often faced similar questions and decisions in their own journey. The groups are hosted by an experienced facilitator and the call is free of charge.
