Welsh children's hospice

Tŷ Hafan is a paediatric palliative care charity and offers support to children and families throughout Wales. They offer support to children with life-limiting illnesses at the hospice, community and in their own homes. The take care of whole families from helping parents to recharge and refocussing on siblings. The hospice has trained health professionals available all the time. This charity provides emotional, practical and financial advice regardless of where you are on your journey.
