At Butterwick Hospice, we aim to be there for the whole family. Offering holistic care in both Stockton and Bishop Auckland, our Hospices provide day services, respite, counselling and end of life care to those facing a terminal diagnosis as well as support for their loved ones. We are there for our communities of Teesside and County Durham, providing holistic, palliative care for people and support for their families.

St Peter's Hospice is a local charity that provides care and support to adults who are living with a progressive life-limiting illness in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset area. The hospice provides care for people in their own home and at their hospice- where they also provide day services, a living well programme and complementary therapies. They also provide a range of support for caregivers, including a support line and emotional and psychological support.

This charity delivers high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness. They have two hospice sites; one in Yeovil and one in Taunton, each with an inpatient unit, day hospice service and a therapies service. They also provide a range of community based services and a 24-hour adviceline. They have a Family Support Service that provides support for families with young children and teenagers during the patient's illness and after bereavement.

Rowcroft Hospice supports adults living with life-limiting illnesses in South Devon. They support people with symptom management, palliative care nursing as well as providing emotional and practical advice and support.

Maggie's Wirral offers a range of services at their centre at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in the Wirral for people living with cancer. This includes one-to-one support with a cancer support specialist, psychologist support and welfare and benefits support. They also run regular support groups and events.

There are a number of peer support and friendship groups run at this centre for people affected by a cancer diagnosis. The centre hopes to create a supportive, informal environment filled with warmth and laughter. Support groups include Happy Mondays, Hugs Club and Runcorn Open Arms Club. The Wirral Carers Health and Wellbeing Service provides free support to adult Carers (including Parent Carers and Young Adult Carers in transition), the service focuses on identifying Carers and supporting them to access services to assist them in their caring role and to help them to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing.

The family support team at Claire House Hospice provide 1:1 counselling, group counselling, music therapy sessions, social events for families and support activities to promote positive psycho-social wellbeing. These services are available for families of seriously and terminally ill children.

Shine Cancer Support provides support for younger adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with and beyond cancer. They offer support in the form of peer support, events and networks.
